  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
  • Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your specific tracking details.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Same-Day Initiation: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AEST) on a business day will begin processing that same day.
  • Late Orders: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (AEST), or on non-business days, will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6 –13 business days (Processing + Transit).
  • Note: While we strive for speed, delivery timelines may vary during peak seasonal periods or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

  • Availability: Tracking details typically become active within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Support & Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Goods: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an insufficient address, reshipping fees may apply.
