1. Warranty Coverage
All Smart Ware Co products include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects or functional faults occurring under normal use. If your device develops a technical fault, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents (e.g., water damage beyond rated limits).
- Normal wear and tear of straps and casing.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Consumable parts like charging cables unless faulty upon arrival.
2. Returns Eligibility
Faulty, Defective, or Not as Described: You are entitled to a return, replacement, or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged or does not match the description.
- A manufacturing defect occurs within the 12-month warranty period.
Change-of-Mind Returns: We offer an industry-leading 90-day return window. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returned within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Note: Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover processing and inspection. This fee does not apply to faulty items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email info@smartwareco.com.au with your order number and photos/videos if the item is faulty.
- Review: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide a prepaid return label.
- Ship: Securely pack the item and use the provided label. Tracking is included.
- Inspection: Once received, we inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
- Refund: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Free Return Shipping: Smart Ware Co provides a prepaid return label at no cost to you for all eligible returns. You will not have to pay out-of-pocket to send an item back to our Sydney-based returns department.

5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued as monetary reversals to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- We do not force store credit unless specifically requested by you.
- If your original card has expired, we will contact you to arrange a secure bank transfer.
- Please allow 3–5 additional business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
6. Australian Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
