  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment has been received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated total delivery time: 5–10 business days (including order processing and shipping).
    Transit time is typically 5–7 business days after dispatch..
  • Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high shipping volumes, customs inspections, or weather conditions.

We use trusted logistics partners such as Australia Post, DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post and other regional couriers to ensure reliable delivery.


You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its progress.


Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be sent via email 2–3 days after your order has been shipped.
  • If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact our support team at info@smartwareco.com.au.

Shipping Fees

  • All orders include FREE shipping worldwide.
  • No minimum order value is required.
  • There are no hidden handling or packaging fees.

Delivery Guarantee

All packages are covered by our 100% Delivery Guarantee.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries.
If a parcel is returned to us, we can reship it once additional postage fees are paid.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For customers outside Australia:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
